Refunds

Your refund amount will include the amount you paid for your order, subtract the following amount (if any):

  • Transaction fee
  • Shipping fee (if the item was shipped)

If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 – 5 business days

Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:

  • Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
    Special Return Note: do not return your product(s) without fist contacting our customer service team. We will provide you with specific guide for the return.
What items cannot be returned?
  • A replacement product
  • Free gifts
  • Individual items from any gift bundle

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

Here is the steps of how you check your on-going refund process:

  1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@weeklyhealthcarereview.com.
